Canongate have received the BIC Supply Chain Excellence Award (SCEA)

The award, presented by the Book Industry Communication organisation (BIC) was created to recognise organisations who are modern, technically–capable, efficient to do business with, and compliant with industry standards and practices. It demonstrates the efficiency of their supply chains for both physical and digital products, and aims to reward companies large and small for their investment in automation and for innovative solutions to the supply chain issues they face. This award enables them to be recognised by trading partners and the book industry at large as the best in their class for business efficiency, customer service, environmental concern and innovation.

In April Canongate received the BIC Metadata Excellence Award (MEA) at Gold level, the highest award possible, demonstrating our commitment to providing complete, accurate and timely metadata for all our titles.
