Our offices
After something specific?
Unsolicited submissions
Unfortunately we don’t accept unsolicited submissions, so if you are interested in being published by us, we’d recommend finding yourself an agent first.
Our commissioning editors
If you’re an author with an agent, or an agent yourself, meet the commissioning editors behind Canongate’s list and get a sense of their tastes.
Have a press query?
For press requests and queries please get in touch with our Campaigns team.
Work for a foreign publisher or rights agency?
Get in touch with our Rights team, download the latest rights guide, or send us anything else concerning rights or permissions.
Interested in working with Canongate?
We post vacancies on this site as they arise.
Need to make a complaint?
If something has gone wrong in your dealings with us, our grievance policy explains how to raise it formally and how we’ll respond.
Looking for something else?
For all other enquiries please email us.
